AGA, the leading industrial gas company in Northern Europe and Baltics, has decided to centralise more of its supporting functions to Estonia. During 2016 an additional expansion is planned to create approximately 40 positions to be located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Almost 10 years ago AGA set up a shared service centre in Estonia to increase the efficiency in many of its regional functions in the Nordic and Baltic countries into one centre. As of today the regional AGA Shared Service Centre incorporates about 100 tasks for different back-office functions, such as Order-to-Cash processes, support to our agents, IS Service Desk and purchasing service desk, material data handling and reporting etc.
Johan Ginman, manager of Customer Service in AGA Regional Business Unit Northern Europe, says: “In 10 years we have built up a well-functioning regional service centre with more than 50 people, who provide services for many different tasks in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia Latvia and Lithuania. It’s now time to take the next step. During 2016 a broader expansion is planned through the centralisation of Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish order taking, query handling and sales support functions by creating approximately 40 new customer service related positions in Tallinn’s office. ”
The ongoing recruitments are looking forward to applications from interested people with language skills in English and/or any Scandinavian languages to be able to serve Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Danish customers via phone or e-mail.
