Many customers consider on-site generation as a way to meet their industrial gas requirements. At AGA, our extensive knowledge and expertise ensures that companies just like yours get the most economical, flexible, reliable and environmentally sound solution to meet your needs.
Air separation plants generally produce oxygen, nitrogen, argon and – in some special cases – other rare gases (krypton, xenon, helium, neon) by cryogenic rectification of air. The products can be produced in gaseous form for pipeline supply or as a cryogenic liquid for storage and distribution by truck.
Process technologies for the generation of oxygen and nitrogen include Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA), Membrane and Cryogenic. AGA on-site generation plants are built around standard components ensuring maximizing cost efficiencies.
Tonnage air separation plants are plants that are individually designed for the specific demands of our customers. Daily oxygen production capacities are between 450 t/d and 30,000 t/d. Within the last 20 years, Linde has built approximately 100 tonnage air separation plants.
